eventful days in BJ...
last week was diarrhea week for my housemates and I and this week is just awfully itchy week...
never seen such vicious mosquitoes in my life before! my god. when i smacked the mozzie against the wall, it actually left a huge blood stain which i couldn't remove. and this is the first time i was woken up by mozzies in the middle of the night. nonstop buzzing in the ears, and the bites are just all over the place from head to toes. (they esp. love to sting the face) i woke up at 4pm last nigh to spam mopiko all over my limbs. then i light up the mosquito coil (which apparently isn't working well at all). but still, i hear mozzie/s buzzing near me, couldn't sleep. so i went to the living room's couch to lie down but i was so disturbed by the mozzies (and that the bites are effing itchy) i didn't slp at all. by 5, all my other housemates took turns to wake up. IT WAS THIS BAD. so we decided to all hide in the master bedroom, kill all the mozzies inside there and sleep tgt for one night. within 15 mins, we found 3 and killed 3. RAHH DAMN YOU MOZZIES FOR STEALING MY SLEEPING TIME AND FOR ALL THE BITES. D: GO BANG WALL AND DIE

i'm just hoping for peaceful days here in BJ. having to deal with such issues every day is just super tiring. who would have thought tt mosquitoes would be such a big issue?

  2. i think spraying won't be a lasting solution. you should invest in mosquito net. you know those netting that suspends from the wall or ceiling onto your bed? yeah works perfect.

too much mosquito coil is unhealthy. If you inhale the smoke from a full coil, it's tantamount to smoking 180 cigarettes.

alternatively, buy a mosquito costume and wear it too sleep! if you can't beat them, join them! ;D heh

  3. oh ya and your small bites that won't go away, be careful that it might not be mosquito bites. bedbugs' bites are especially longlasting (1-2weeks) and will fade to become like a 'black bruise' or scar before disaappearing.

    hope it's not :)
